As part of the new Child Care Package, a new Child Care Subsidy will replace the existing Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate.
To accommodate this, there will be a new menu called “Entitlements”. This is where it will show the parent entitlements, e.g.: hours and percentage. This will be an easy reference point to be able to search for family’s eligibility details quickly instead of having to go through the children details. You will also be able to see if the families have confirmed, rejected or disputed the enrolment. There will be search filters available, along with the ability to print or export the details.
We will also filter the information into the current subsidy tab on the parent record as well as the educator dashboard.
