Our team has been working hard to bring out the Educator Management Module for Family Day Care Services.
The following are just some of the many excellent features that help Services manage their Educators:
- Document Home visits and other contact (e.g. phone calls) and generate reports! This feature also enables services to capture Educator signatures remotely.
- Educators and services can record Professional Development.
- Coordinator Observations! Create portfolio entries (e.g. observations from home visits) and publish to families within the Parent Portal.
- Services will receive email notifications when educators create/edit entries and can certify entries/documents.
- Services can publish reference materials to educators! These may include items such as the handbook, policies, or procedures.
- Your Educators can record Transport sessions and perform roll call entries/sign children in and out of care. Transport even links with e-Signatures and remote e-Signature requests, and presents a quick-view of child alerts, keeping your service up to date on Transport documentation!
